Pilates

Pilates is a type of gymnastics (fitness method) of a reeducative, preventive and hypothetically therapeutic (rehabilitative) type, focused on controlling posture through “center of gravity regulation”.
For the pilates classes we have machines such as Reformer, Cadillac, Tower and TRX, as well as all the indispensable so-called small tools for Mat Work (free body).

Postural reeducation through osteopathic method

Postural rehabilitation is a rehabilitation technique that allows you to rebalance the musculoskeletal alterations.
In fact, with postural re-education, it is not just the symptoms but it is possible to solve the cause of the problem, which can also be distant from the painful area.
Thanks to its characteristics of muscle lengthening rehabilitation technique, postural rehabilitation is indicated for rheumatic diseases such as arthritis, osteoporosis, scleroderma and fibromyalgia as violent and potentially risky manipulations are avoided.

Osteopathy and Massage Therapy

They are alternative therapies of a pseudoscientific nature which consist in the manipulation of some parts of the body, in particular the back, neck and head.
Common reasons patients turn to these disciplines include disorders in these areas:

  • vertebral column and pelvis,
  • lower and upper limbs,
  • viscera,
